Breathwork sessions involve 10-15 minutes of talking and guided warm-up, 35 minutes of active, belly-chest breathing while I hold the energetic and intuitive space, followed by 20 minutes of meditation and discussion to integrate. Breathwork connects us with Divine energy in a gentle, yet slightly altered state. This allows for the release of long stored emotions, processing, letting go & an opening for love to do it’s work.
Sessions can be deep and emotionally cathartic or gentle and energizing.
